This "end of summer" period is lot worse than I expected. At the moment still many colleagues spend their holidays some others prepare for their specialization so those who have no excuses have lot more to do. I've just realized that this site will be the perfect place to talk about those things I keep on telling medical students attending to my classes.
Mostly because I believe health care doesn't only depends on the amount of knowledge and experience of the physician, but at least as important ones ATTENTION towards the patient, towards the family and people living around. Those who pay attention and spend some more time with physical examination and careful documentation may help dramatically more those who trust them.
Right now I'm again short on time, but some examples that any doctor who meets patients could take care of breast or cervix of the uterus cancer, testicular cancer, malignant and benignant hyperplasia of the prostate, skin lesions, etc.
